Today we travelled from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm (which to us was actually 9:30 because we drove through a time zone change in Indiana). We were nervous about how this drive was going to go with the kids because it was such a long trip, but we couldn't have asked for the boys to be any better. There was no complaining, no fighting and overall very positive attitudes! Our car has been great so far, also. We are comfortable and have had no issues. with it.
We spent the night at a Holiday Inn in Austin, Minnesota. The boys enjoyed burning off some energy in the indoor pool. Nick and Ryan went several times to try to workout in the small gym, but there were too many people in there, so they gave up that idea.
Only 8 hours tomorrow!
